Keypad is to hard to press the keys.

My last GE Microwave had a much better keypad. Pressure needed to
press keys are to hard. Door latch sounds and act cheap and tiny.

Does not cook evenly

I am not very happy with it. My dinner says to cook 5 min on 1100 watt oven, but food is over cooked. I have a real guessing game to get it cooked.

I bought two of these Microwaves since last September. One is very noisy,; the other not so much so. The popcorn feature is very good, but would like more warming options.

We had previously owned GE over the range microwaves. The last one lasted about 7 years. This one is nice and has all the features one could ask for.
