Our old microwave broke down and we wanted something very similar in function in gyet new in appearance. This fit the bill. We installed it ourselves and have been very happy with it.

i bought before before thanks giving to replace less than 10 year old micro wave heating element was not working. so i went and got similar one to fit into the same slot above the range. before christmas new none of the # pad was not working GE tech came fix it. past 2 weeks again #pad is not beeping . i stopped at the place where i bought it they gave # to call. i am going call and see what the going to say.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So easy to use!

I recently replaced our builder supplied gas range with a new GE gas double oven. I hadn't originally intend to replace the microwave but after more consideration, I thought it would be best to have The prices match. There were two models to choose from and this was the smaller of the two. I love the looks of it but mostly I love how easy it is to use. The buttons are far more logical than the previous microwave we had and it comes with a ton of truly useful presets. I also love the recessed turntable, a super nice feature. This microwave was a great value and looks fabulous with my new gas double oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!
