Black film over controls scratches very easily

Am satisfied with the Microwave, all but the black film over the control panel. Wiped it with a soft dish rag and had slight scratch lines that show in certain light. Very disappointed being that happened the first time I wiped it down. Also the panel is not very responsive to touch.

Nice Microwave Hood

Nice color. Works as advertised. Actually is a Haier product as they purchased the rights to use the GE Brand name. Not significantly different or more convenient than other Brands.

I find the controls to be somewhat hard to read, and they require a very firm push. Other than that I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

After 3 years the magic smoke started coming out.
Had to buy the same make & model so it would fit.

LOVE THE LOOK OF THIS APPLIANCE!

Have only owned it for three days so have not used it much, but so far, so good. It is lighter then our old GE profile, but still appears to be a quality appliance and the aesthetics of the matte slate color completely changes and enhances my kitchen decor!.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This unit only worked for 6 months before it had a major problem.
