No complaints does what a microwave should. Wish it came with an owners manual have to go online to get one.

Fan Weak, Too Noisy

The microwave works very well- food heats evenly. I also enjoy some of the modern button features. However- I bought this new microwave so that I would have an exhaust fan over my stove and I do NOT think the fan is very effective. The fan is extremely noisy including a high pitch whislte, yet does not seem to be strong enough to even pull up all of the steam from the front burners. For this sound level.... it should be powerful enough to vacuum my kitchen from above my stove.
If it was not so much work to place and set the microwave- I would have taken it back. Perhaps stores should have these machines plugged in so that we could test them before we buy them?

Poor ventilation

I am very frustrated that even though the fan blows all kinds of air out the top (on an internal exhaust set-up), it appears to have very weak suction through the bottom exhaust filter and also blows both vapour and grease on our kitchen cupboard above the microwave. Can you help?.

just enough features for me

The oven works fine but the keypad is very hard for me to operate as it requires much force to engage. The door droops alittle when opened making it hard to open unless it is pulled straight out.
