It is a nice unit but find it much noisier than our old one. Does not exhaust as well as old one.

I had a previous GE and was replacing my appliances. Cheaper quality materials, but its functional. Not happy with Surface light placement. It's all the way in the back and gives very little lighting to cooking area. Previous one was more in the middle.

This is the worst microwave I’ve ever owned. I’ve had to have it replaced 3 times already. Stay away from this model.

Product failed after three days. Paid for installation on a Tuesday. Product failed Friday of same week.

Beautiful and easy to install

I replaced a GE microwave and was able to use the same brackets. Insulation took 10 min. The microwave looks and works great. I’m never going to let this one get messy

Great except for controlpad

The control pad should be lit up so you can see in the dark. You need to put kitchen light on to see at night.
