We purchased this to replace our old GE.
The unit works great, but I wish it had more quick features. I had an issue with it and customer service took care of everything (once I verified that the purchase was within the warranty). They even followed up after the service call to maje sure that everything was taken care of.

Works well. Hard to reach back to clean. Poor directions received. Reset filter light came on and don't know what that means. Just pressed button to turn off. ???
