The product does a good job. Some of its features need tweaking. For example, I do not like the defrost cycle.

We bought this GE built in Microwave 2 months ago to replace an older GE Microwave that was starting to have issues. We have been happy with it so far, no problems. GE makes good products that last. Our old GE built in microwave lasted nearly 20 years!

I bought this microwave 2 months ago and I'm very pleased with it. Just remodeled my kitchen and wanted all my new appliances to match, the new slate color is beautiful.

Reheat option is the best, makes food taste frest. Defrost is best I've owned. Over designed in some areas, express cook gets in the way when you only need 15 sec. Overall attractive and really nice microwave vent unit.
