I bought this microwave about two weeks ago and am very satisfied with performance especially the sensor system that tells me when the food I am cooking is hot enough inside

3 months old and already failed!

Bought this 3 months ago. Upgraded all kitchen appliances that were 15 years old microwave, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator none had failed in 15 years all a different brand than GE. So far within 3 months dishwasher has failed twice and now microwave just stopped working. Guess I should have kept the old or stayed with same brand that worked flawlessly for 15 years.

No complaints, so far it's easy to use. My kids were forgetting to put their meal inside and it gave them a warning.

Under microwave light is in a lousy spot.

I use the light under the microwave to illuminate my stove cooking surface when cooking. The light on this product is located in the BACK and illuminates the stove control panel, not cooking surfaces, and the lighting is not very bright. My previous microwave had a forward lighting service and I liked that. Lighting design is not logical for my needs. Microwave control panel simple and basic. Just bought it, no opinion on how it functions. I just don't like that the light can't illuminate the stove cooking surface.

awesome price and performance

I purchased at Home Depot. They showed me how to install, all went well. It performs as expected and the melt feature it great, put in butter and it does the rest.
