Bought 3 weeks ago. Very user friendly. Love the sleek look. Only thing I would change is to have the light towards the front of the under side. Otherwise we are vey happy with our purchase.

Installation was easy, instructions were OK, but I had to re-read them a couple of time to make sure I understood them. Over all, a good product.

I purchased and entire suite of GE appliances. The microwave is very quiet and cooks and or reheats food flawlessly. I have only used it for a short period of time but am very impressed so far. The color for all four products is slate and looks awesome in our newly updated kitchen
