I bought this about 2 months ago and it works great! The only issue that I've had is the plastic that's on the microwave to protect it won't come off. It's almost like it's melted on there. I still haven't figured out how to get it off.

Our new microwave was installed yesterday. The install was quick and painless and so is using the appliance. It is quiet when running and the vent has two speeds.

I had an older model similar to this that lasted a little over 5 years when I purchased my new home. I was disappointed when my old GE microwave shutdown but when I thought about it, it's one of the most used appliances. Long story short, 5 years may not seem long but the unit did me awesome. I hope that this NEW unit proves itself to be better than my old one. As of right now, it's working like a champ!
