Don't be fouled... when you press the "Melt" button it really melts. I thought it would soften my frozen butter. Instead it made soup out of it (perfect for spreading with baking brush. not so great for buttering toast with a butter knife, haha). But that's ok I still like the product.

Perfect replacement for LVM1750

Technician stated this was the easiest install he had ever accomplished. This fit perfectly to replace my LVM1750. The night light doesn't appear to be programmable, but there are several new features which more than compensate. Works flawlessly so far! Extremely happy with this suggested replacement.

Good product, odd quirks

Bought this to replace a cheap model that failed. Solid feel, and operation. I wish there was more to protect the plastic keypad from condensation collecting underneath (the reason the last one failed). Top venting doesn't collect much steam through ducting, and changing the orientation for installation is poorly documented. One small item...the swivel base for the bottom plate was poorly designed. Little wheels seized, made grinding noise when operating. I had to manipulate and oil several times to finally fix.
