Just wondering....

Why did it not come with an owner's manual?? I had a 20 year old microwave that did not have the features that this one does. It was a bit challenging to use the first time for me...a senior citizen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This microwave was purchased as a replacement for a unit that did Yeoman service for a family of 5 for 17 years before finally freezing up. I have no complaints, except that it can be a bit noisy at times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First one replaced

First one that was installed had to be replaced. Door did not align with the right hand panel. Bought from one of the large home improvement stores. Had to pay almost as much for the pre-install measurement (which I already had done), delivery and installation as I did for the microwave. Took several weeks to get the unit installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Microwave

We purchased this microwave 3 months ago to match our refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher purchase. I love the looks of it and it works fine. Unfortunately it was a last minute decision to order it along with the other appliances so I had not done my research. It is not as powerful as the microwaves that I've had in the past. I'm getting use to it just taking longer to cook or reheat food. If I purchased one again, I would make sure to get the more powerful model. So far is has stayed very clean. I just wipe off the handle periodically and it looks great!
