I like some of the new the features.

I have used the melt button and it works well If you put something in the micro and dont turn it on right away you can't just use some of the features without opening the door again. This feature I don't like.
. I have always bought GE products. This is the 3rd GE micro since October 2011. I hope the paint lasts on this one. I purchased the extended warranty just in case.

Just installed yesterday. Only slight complaint is that we wish the vent fan was more quiet.

Decides not to heat

Been in service 6 months. Yesterday it decided not to heat any thing for about 6 hours. Then decided to work again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
