i don't like how it opens and closes. but the vent, surface light is an interesting feature to have on a microwave.

I have had this for 6 weeks now and am still amazed at how quiet and efficient it is! My favorite feature is the beverage button, reheats my tea to a perfect temperature.

Since becoming a widower I have had to learn things I didn't know, like using a microwave oven. This model is a delight. I don't cook so i use it a lot !

Shortly after I bought it, I had a problem with it not heating. The dealer replaced it with no questions.
