happy with it, popcorn button really cooked my popcorn perfectly without me watching it... liked the one touch start and add 30sec features...have not explored other features yet..

Just had kitchen re-done and for the first time ordered GE range and over the range microwave. Was a little nervous at first, but it so far has worked like a dream with no problems or issues.

Turntable issue

Had the micro unit installed from the appliance store where purchased. After one week needed to call for service. Turn table was making a grinding noise. Replaced motor and has worked well since.

We bought this particular model because it is very similar to the last one we owned for 16 years. We had such good service from the former model we bought this one in hopes of a second home run. So far it has served us well. The only complaint I have is that the touch is off a bit; sometimes we have to press the buttons 2 3 times before they work. Other than that it has performed flawlessly.

Outside came scratched and scratches easily. Appear very cheaply made and not of good quality. We had to order this size to fit our opening. If this is your only options I would say - pass onit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
