Our only criticism is that the control panel is hard to read, especially in dim light.

looks good, sounds loud

The only reason I am giving it a 3* and not recommending it is because the fan is annoyingly loud, even on low. Since it is under warranty I will soon be calling GE to send someone out to look at it. If they can resolve the loud fan then I will update my review. Otherwise it looks good and works great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a couple of months ago and have been very happy with it. The only thing I miss about my previous microwave is the pre-set "frozen vegetable" button. The downloadable manual does have a reliable guide to cook times, however. So it's not a major issue.

New Microwave replaces a 4 yr old GE microwave

I bought this GE microwave a few months ago and am pleased with it, so far. I made this purchase because my other GE microwave- less that 4 years old- quit. I consider a 4 year old appliance newish. So I really can’t rate my newest microwave because the really test of a good product is longevity. I was forced to buy a GE product because of the color match.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great microwave

We’ve had it for about a month or so and are very happy with the purchase. Large capacity and quite. We bought this to replace the vent over our stove and get rid of the old microwave on our countertop. Only negative is the exterior light on the bottom is not as bright as we would like.

This is outstanding microwave oven. Cooks very well. Good looking easy to install. Would give five stars but I wish the key pad could be brighter or lit up.
