JUST LOVE IT!

I'm so delighted in my purchase. There are just all the right buttons on this microwave. It actually does what the buttons say. Like defrost, so many of my past experiences were cooking the product. This one doesn't cook it, it actually defrosts it! Would highly recommend.

Nice microwave

Love the slate color to match our appliances. The only thing I would change is the digital display on the microwave is green digits and on my slate color GE double oven the display is blue, not that noticible but I notice! Microwave works great

We got this microwave to replace the same model (just an older version) which had been with us for 17 years. We didn't even think about any other brand because of the consistently reliable performance, quality, and value for money with GE products we've experienced!

I'm on my 2nd microwave and a service call in less than 4 years. Let's face the facts appliances are designed to outlive the the warranty and die I am almost 60 years old and watched the quality of products disintegrate over the years, I don't blame GE. Its a sign of the times. Be sure to buy a microwave with at least a 5 yr warranty included.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Meets my needs

Previous GE microwave was working fine but door handle broke so replaced with new microwave. I use microwave daily for most meals at home. Works great. Would like a feature for less than 30 seconds to add to one minute; but otherwise I am very happy with new purchuse.

Nice features, could use tweaks

I've had this microwave for a month or so now, and it certainly performs well. There are some things that I would change, primarily around the user interface. First, I would swap the Start and Cancel buttons; I constantly mix the two up, maybe because I read, and therefore think, left-to-right. Second, start the timer using the Start button, not the Timer button again, it just seems awkward. I LOVE the Express Start buttons! Plenty of variety, especially when combined with the Add 30 Secs button. All in all, it works wonderfully once you get your muscle memory to kick in!
