Works Great!

I bought this microwave in November 2017 and has worked Great! Has a lot of features that I still haven't used them all yet. I like the slate color it's easy to clean on the front and no finger prints!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice, large size microwave

Our microwave was installed in our new house per the builders package of a microwave and dishwasher. We like the large size as it is bnigger than any microwave we have previously owned. We are having a bit of trouble using the vent fan as fumes are to go through the microwave exhaust and up the vent. The fan has little power to it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Basic microwave

I expected more from this unit, as it was similar to our old unit. However, my disappointment lies in the following: the underbelly light is in the back of the unit, so it really doesn't shine well on our stove that the unit is over. It doesn't come with an automatic night light you can set to come on and go off every day, as our prior unit. If you don't remember to turn it off, it's on all night. I was really taken back when I didn't have an operational book of how to use the unit, until I had to download and print it out after I registered it online. Overall, it's a basic unit for what the 3 of us need, but I'm not doing cartwheels, as I did with our old unit. Thank you.

Too much technology

This is a nice unit. Warms things appropriately. Controls are hard to understand and work. Needs to keep its features but be a lot more user friendly.

It was returned....microwave was defective...it would turn on intermittently..

My 20 year old microwave died and I need a replacement. This one wasn't too expensive and works well. The only thing I don't like is the placement of the surface light. There is only one and it is located in the rear so only the back of the stove gets illuminated. Next time I will check this option before I purchase. The microwave itself works well.
