This microwave is a great product in design and function. Dishes can easily be placed in the microwave without hitting the rotating plate since it is level with the bottom of the microwave. Cooking features and easy to use.

Replaced 12 year old ge microwave with this model, wall bracket and mounting holes all lined up, 15 minutes to install

Heats well. Good pre-programs. Recessed turntable stable and easier to clean. Two negatives - Front button panel seems to scratch/become dull even with only cleaning with soap and water, and if you put your food in ahead of time (five minutes) and then turn the micro on it won't run, the micro sends you a reminder to put your food in and then you have to open the door and shut it again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
