The 1st one we bought was damaged took it bsck, the 2nd one the express buttons did'nt work took it back got a different brand.

researched a lot of over the range microwaves to replace a failing existing one. Finally settled on this model. Right blend of nice features, size,power vent location and price. So far very happy, works great.

It only worked for 11 days.stopped working Christmas Eve. Still waiting for repair people to come. Originally scheduled for Jan 7 now appointment has been pushed until Jan18

Bad: under-powered.
Ugly: Magneto inoperable after a few months and unusable.

Very nice looking, performs well. this is my second GE microwave in 20 years. My old one was still working when i donated it Habitat for Humanity. We only purchase this one because we upgraded our kitchen and went to stainless

Love the Black Stainless look. I replace a old microwave with this one. I’m very happy with the sensory cooking options. The GE heats much better and faster than my old one.

Better Than Expected!

Needed a new over-the-range microwave to replace the older whirlpool we had but didn’t want to break the bank. We already replaced our dishwasher with a GE and wanted to have everything match. SO GLAD I went with this microwave! Quieter than our last one, exhaust fan kicks like you wouldn’t believe, install was super easy, heats real nice, and looks great! Much better than I had expected.
