Looking for longevity!

I bought this a month ago to replace a similar, 3.5 year old, GE Microwave. It was easy to install since all we had to do was remove the old unit and put in the new one.
This unit has all the features we want. However,
the fan turns on and works in only one speed- high- even though the speed has been set to medium. Other than that, it works great.

Really like the ability to turn off the beeps! It's listed as the same power as my last 2 microwaves but feel it cooks faster, more powerful. It was also easy to install. The only think that does drive me crazy is the display color is different than that of my stove directly below it. Wish they would create the ability to 'set a display color'.

I am very happy with this microwave. It does all that I want and easy to use. My original, however, had the keypad fail after about 5 years. Not sure what the lifespan should be...
