This was a great product for a couple of years. Then it would turn on at different times all by itself. We finally unplugged it and got rid of it.

It does all it needs to do and more. Love the reheat and melt functions. Easy to install.

Died in less than a month

I bought this less than a month ago and it has already died and I’ve had to schedule a technician to hopefully repair or replace. I have also just installed a GE range and dishwasher. Really hoping that I don’t regret this decision. one positive is that it’s super easy to schedule repairs through their website. I am assuming this is not a conicidence.

When my 1st microwave needed replacing after many years I wanted the same that I had due to ease of use and reliability. Updated features are a plus. I would buy again.

Installed as a replacement for a very old GE. Got like a glove except for the bolt locations on top. Easy fix. Wow well. The touch pad buttons could use a better design.

The keypad needs to be backlit when keypad is touched.
Stove light to dim.
