Perfect!

This microwave is exactly what a microwave should be! Looks pretty above my stove and it does what I need it to do! I did not want a microwave that did fancy stuff, this is perfect! Warms food, melts butter and pops popcorn to perfection. The price is reasonable too! You will not be disappointed!

The part that takes the most wear and tear (handle attach piece) is cheap plastic and broke only after 12 months

Stopped working

After three months of use, the microwave stopped heating up. Would heat maybe 1 or 2 minutes. Then when trying to heat something else, would not heat at all. Had to replace microwave. Was also very noisy while in use.

Worked one month

Very disappointed. Quit heating after about three weeks. Have to now wait eight days for a repairman. Hopefully this can be taken care of effectively and efficiently.

Too loud!

Microwave is very loud (Repair technician said there is a ‘break-in period’ which is normal.) and there is a spinning sound when you end a cooking time. I have had many microwaves over the last 50 years, and this is definitely an odd one. I am concerned that it will stop working.

This new microwave is simple to use, and results are great. The control buttons require some extra pressure to activate, but this is ok as it makes cleaning the control pad easier.
