Terrible Item

I bought this back in July 2018. After about 2 months it quit working so I called the store where I purchased it, took it down and service was sent out. They couldn't find any problems so I put it back up. About one month later it quit and again service came out and couldn't find anything wrong but said they would order parts and be back out after Thanksgiving holidays. After taking it down for the third time the mounting nut came out and I had to cut the head off the mounting bolt to get it down. Still haven't heard from service in regard to repairs. I ended up buying another unit as I could not wait forever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this microwave after the door handle broke on our old GE microwave. We knew we wanted a GE product because our old one performed so well.

We bought this as part of a suite of appliances and we love the look of the slate finish. As a microwave, it is quiet and works very well.
