We like the features of this unit.It is a step up from the one we replaced. The price was good. Easy installation We hope it last longer than the less than 2 years of the former GE unit.

This microwave is good but not as good as the GE Profile model we replaced. Granted it is less expensive. Seems difficult to get consistent cooking.

This is a replacement for my previous GE Over the Range microwave (20 years old). It is much quieter than the model it replaced. Cooking performance is very good (as was the previous). Controls on this model seem less intuitive than on my old machine, maybe that's only because the buttons are rearranged. The buttons require more force to engage. I miss "Delayed Start" from the old model. Sensor cooking seems to have limited utility, but I don't know -- GE doesn't supply a full operating manual in the box, that's online.

Just installed it replacing the 10 years old GE microwave. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. So far so good. Let's see how it perform in time.

Bought as part of a 4 pc. set. Love the slate color. Installation template and user guide were not included . Had to go online. Instructions and manuals were included with the other appliances. Otherwise works as it should, looks good, and hopefully will last.
