Good oven for the price.

I'm still getting use to the "user interface", it seems to be a little sluggish to respond to commands compared to my old GE microwave, but it does work like it's supposed to, I'm sure I will get used to it over time. Installation was not too difficult. The looks are great, it matches my other stainless appliances. The vent works just like it's supposed to, and the lights work as they are supposed to. Over all, I have no complaints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This microwave started making noise as soon as installed. The carousel was not turning smoothly. The microwave stopped heating food shortly after.

after 2 weeks did not work. Scheduled service and they provided a window when they would arrive (between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.) Not what I would consider great service. Tech found the issue of faulty sensor that he said was created by either popping popcorn or cooking a sweet potato. (really?)

GE getting inferior

How do you put out a microwave that does not have a lighted display! We had to put a flash light near it to be able to see the panel. Have always bought GE products , this will be the last. Such a simple fix.
