Won’t heat food

I have had this microwave for about a year. Everything works on it ok but now it won’t heat food. Don’t want to have to fix it since funds are tight. Never had a microwave break before so I did not get Insurance on it. Thumbs down on this

Does the job, but keys not sensitive enough.

I purchased this for my renter and part of rent payment. The unit works as good as others I've used, but, the keypad is not sensitive enough for anyone with touch issues; part age? part carpal tunnel, maybe? I as a fairly strong male, have to push too hard on EVERY key to select anything... sometimes I resort to kind-of tapping the buttons or it doesn't respond - having to look to verify it every time is annoying. You can imagine a female with weaker softer hands than I.
