I would not buy this unit again

This unit function properly but there is a low noise sounds like it is behind the service panel. I have other GE microwaves and they do not have this low noise. I think the unit is defective but a service tech inspected and said there is nothing wrong. This unit will be replaced at a latter date with a different model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Thanks for sharing your concern and giving us a chance to help. It's possible to hear a humming noise when the microwave is not in operation and it comes from the transformer. Stop working after a month

If the microwave didn’t stop working within a month, then I probably would have given it 5 stars. Technicians will be coming out to fix it.

This is an updated Microwave to an older model that failed..The turntable is slightly larger as is the numbers. The older one had 1 filter as this one has 2

Our microwave is 4 years old and yesterday the fuse blew. I was under the (mistaken) impression that microwaves lasted longer. But with a teenager, ours does get used a lot. We loved it while it lasted.

Very loud and exhaust fan us also extremely loud snd dies snot draw well at all, despite connected to outside vent. Timer alert us way too quiet. Can barely hear it in same room. Opening & closing door is difficult & loud and sounds like cheaply made

Not A Happy person

Well it is not working after 3 weeks. This is second one we had in a year and 5 months. The first one broke after 1 year 3 months. The second one we had to replace because it wasn’t under warranty which was a year. Our replacement I bought lasted 3 weeks. Are you having trouble with all your microwaves?
