Very poorly made, feels very cheap , has a plastic wrap of some type that actually makes a crinkle noise when touched, it does however cook adequately.
I WOULD NOT recommend this product -there's better quality out there for a comparable price!

Please keep in mind many microwaves are now packed with a plastic film applied to the outside of the door and control panel. This is similar to the film that would cover chrome trim parts to prevent scratching during shipping and is used for the same reason on the microwave. Remove the film before using the microwave. This is a static cling film that should peel off easily.

WONDERFUL FEATURES

The features on this microwave are not only very good, they are also easy to locate and use. The clock/display are larger than other models we viewed. The display is also well located. Installation was relatively easy. Been very pleased with its performance.

This is the worst purchase I've made!

The product is sub-par, it's impossible to read the panel without the room lights being on in the kitchen. Even the light feature underneath the microwave is impossible to view. The delivery guys also chipped the corner of the door during installation - which really upset me!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
