This product is just ok. It was an upgraded appliances in our newly built home. Honestly, this should listed as a standard and not an upgrade. We have only had it for three months and it's already making a weird buzzing sound too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better now that it is fixed

I had to have it fixed after a month, had a faulty switch and circuit board, company came and fixed it pretty fast, please so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice appearance

I'm enjoying using my new microwave. Has nice features that were not in my other one. Would be nice to have the light in a better position - lights up the stove in the back and not in the front. The front is clean looking.

Buy this microwave only if you want to have to buy a new one within 2 years of (new) purchase. We've already sunk funds into 2 service visits, and the clear advice given was to just call it and buy a new microwave.

Love the slate

We had wanted the black interior but was not available, glad we went went with the white interior. It is a bid thicker than our old one so it hangs down past the cabinets and closer to the range so that is not ideal

The microwave looks nice and works well. The light that is on the bottom of the microwave does little to help illuminate the stove since it is located closer to the wall and not over the stove. The fan is also loud, even on low.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
