This is our third microwave since 2005, we love the features and sleek new modern look, we have bought the previous models, the only issue has been, that we get severe thunder and lightning storms with lots of power surges and we thinks that has been the factor on only lasting about six to seven years. Plus in our home it gets used frequently by young college adults. Very pleased, we just wish they last a bit longer.
