The unit came ahead of time (we ordered through Amazon); it was easy to unbox, install and get operational in no time. Its display feature is much brighter than the predecessor GE product. It does not have a second shelf, but that is ok with us; we never used that in our first microwave, and it offers more space as a result. It appears to work fine!

Easy to install very clean microwave!

The clock display is a little too bright for me, however it has a nice feature, you can turn off the display. I was pleased to see the new shiny microwave installed. The vent is pretty strong too. I changed the hood lights from the outdated 20 watt halogen bulbs to led lights that only consume 2.5 watts of electricity. Overall this product is pure awesomeness!

Cannot be more satisfied with my new microwave. Heats all type of foods evenly. Good at reheating leftovers or coffee.
