Had this thing for about a year and a half and completely stopped heating food. Of coarse the warranty is only for 1 year so that's just perfect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

<2 hours used. The clock too bright, turned it off. Why is the light for oven at the back of the microwave?

Purchased for an elderly aunt. Over the range, as was required. As with 'many' her age she's bent over & it hurts to raise her head. We bought her a small flashlight because the operation panel is so black she can't read it! We weren't shown any but what had the black panel. Not good!

I think your product should be pulled from the market. It totally failed at two years use. This unit does not deserve a one star rating. We have kept the unit clean and serviced since it was installed. We are a senior couple and the unit is not heavily used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ideal GE Replacement!

This model EXACTLY replaced an older model that came with our house. It fit in the over-range space, used the same long bolts/holes to secure and mounted on the former wall bracket! Amazing.

The microwave is very quick and easy to keep clean. The features, like 30 second etc, are very helpful. It’s very easy to keep the stainless steel clean. Even though the vent fan is a bit loud, I still rate this a five star product.
