Nice and familiar and easy to Install

We had a GE microwave that lasted 9 years which is about average for an OTR unit. Since it gave good service and we were familiar with its operation, we bought another almost identical model. What was really nice is that GE had not changed the mounting hardware and it took about 10 minutes to take out the old unit and install the new unit. The new unit has some bells and whistles added which we probably will never use, but it's nice they are there. All in all a good purchase at a reasonable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This microwave has excellent features. I loved the ability to install without outside ventilation. The charcoal filter is very easy to change. My wife loves this microwave, especially the finish.

The express feature is a great feature. However, only 1 through 5 works. 6 through 0 worked for 1 month and quit. The technician said the numbers 6 through 0 are not supposed to work. Why did you put them on there? Why did they work for 1 month?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
