THe only thing I don't like is the number pad area is not lighted. THe clock is, but it is difficult to see the number pad if in a darkened room or low light in room.

Love the express cook feature

I like the simplicity of use. I am not too pleased with how hard the touch panel is to read. There is not enough contrast with the light letters on the black background. If you want to read the control panel you must make sure that the kitchen has sufficient light in the area of the microwave.

This unit is easy to use. The potato button with the humidity sensor has worked with up to 2 pounds of potatoes and even just 4 small potatoes.The microwave energy is very evenly distributed making thawing hamburgers simple with no worrying about one side of the burger being cooked completely and the other side still part frozen. Easy to use power and time settings.
