At first I was anticipated in buying GE products as I usually go for Samsung appliances or related products. However, since Samsung over the range microwave did not fit into our space, I went with GE. And I am not disappointed! It heats up food fast... It's super quiet... And it has a slick look. That my family loves... I guess from now on we buying GE products...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has good features but poor quality

We bought this microwave with our stove and refrigerator as a set. This the 3rd one we had to buy so it matched our other appliances. Thought GE was a good product but we are very disappointed. We've fixed the fan in the freezer 2 times also.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No good

I have to say that I’m not to happen with this product. My microwave is less then a year old, and we had had it worked on twice. One for not heating and the second time lost all power. When the service guy came out to fix it. It powered up but again not heating. You can’t cooked baked potatoes in it because it has broken twice doing that. I would not recommend this microwave.

Stopped heating in 17 months

I was happy with purchase until it stopped heating at 17 months. I paid to have it delivered and installed as well. Single user household, not used everyday and it stops working 5 months after warranty of one year. Almost as much to fix it as it is to buy a new one. Unacceptable

Have had the Microwave for 6 months, 2 repairs now

Looks great work great for a few months, replaced all boards, magnetron etc, 2 months later won’t heat anything.
