GE 1.7 CU FT Sensor microwave.

Upgraded from previous model that lasted 6 years of constant use. Newer model has a clearer panel than previous model We were very happy with the previous GE microwave; hope this lasts as long.

Has a few drawbacks

The light beneath the unit is way too dim and poorly positioned at the back. Insufficient lighting for the stove below. The interior light is also under-powered. The control pad could be designed a little better, highlighting the start and cancel buttons (just my opinion). The unit is very quiet in operation, and the cooking power is good. A good value for the money.

I would have liked the switches/butons to be back lit. It makes a clicking sound when it is turned on that I have not heard with my previous GE microwave.
