Had older equivalent model

We bought this as the older JVM1840 is not manufactured anymore, we had it for 10 years. Was still working except for the fan motor. Anyway, we purchased this newer model which has pretty much all functionality PLUS it's much quieter, which is awesome. It also fit exactly in the older ones mount such that installation was a breeze.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This microwave looks great. Very sleek stainless steel. Very roomy inside with great turn table. Offers many cooking features & has a powerful vent system.

Functions Great but some features need improving.

Functions great, have owned this brand before but this new version does not vent in the front through the grill and I can't set up a flue that this seems to be set up for. The other thing this model lacks it good lighting for my stove below, the lights are not centered but at the back and not very bright. The Microwave is spacious and has extra features such as express cook settings for melt, reheat, defrost, potato etc that is really convenient. The time display is too bright, needs to be toned down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The ooly thing don’t like it only has one light to shine over top of stove and it’s in the back of the microwave my other ge had two lights and was much brighter

The product works well except you can’t read the buttons, white print on black would have worked better, the fan is super loud, the clock display is super bright, you need to always turn it off, a display much dimmer would work better or at least a display setting control
