It makes a lot of noise that my last GE microwave didn't make.

Great Price and a solid Microwave!

This microwave has all the feaures I wanted but not over priced. The handle is much sturdier than previous models of GE I have used through the years. I have stuck with GE because they work and they are the right price - and to match back installation set up which I understand is changing in the future models... Warming up a drink is a nice feature btw... Great power overall - happy customer.

Has 30 sec feature which is helpful to add more time or just reheat something. Turntable is at same level as rest of microwave floor. Touchscreen a bit hard to read with opposite window light reflection behind you. Timer helpful but you set it by first turning it on, then setting time then you have to hit timer again to start countdown. Seems it should just start countdown as soon as you enter time. Vent fan has two speeds and light has 2 settings. Door feels solid and so far works great.

I replaced a 21-year-old GE Profile microwave that was still working pretty good. This is a nice microwave for the price and seems to be good quality, and obviously GE products are built to last. I actually think my previous microwave was a fancier model, but this new one serves my needs. The button pad is sometimes hard to push to get the numbers/functions to take. Otherwise, very pleased with it.
