The main problem is no back lighting of the controls. Hard to see. Works ok so far.
Easy to install because it replaced a GE. Female nuts in top hard to find while installing. Worry about door handle as it is a pull and push feature with no buttons.

We bought this microwave after our last GE failed after 13 years. Installation was a breeze. Works as it should. No complaints so far.
