The door is easy to open and close and quiet when it shuts. Didn't know this at the time of purchasing but is a great plus from our old one.

Replaced a GE microwave that was over 27 years old! Gained 1/3 more capacity in virtually the same space. Easy to use, plenty of preset features but can be set manually to specific needs like time and power level. Reasonably quite operation. Manual exhaust fan may be a bit loud for some. Very pleased after 4 months.

I have used GE in the past and have never had problems. I did have the convection previously but decided I didn't need it this time. I love the easy use and so far it does what I want. The big plus it looks great as well.
