The product is solid and works great. The feature to use the timer and the microwave at the same time is something I didn't get with another brand. It heats the food evenly.

Did not like the installation instructions. Even though I followed the instructions and drilled in the proper spots on the template, I was still a 1/4" off of having the bolts line up properly. This made for a very difficult installation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Basic microwave

Disappointed - originally purchased the Profile microwave and installed it in May if 2017. In December of 2019 the front panel stopped working. So I purchased this slate microwave to replace it but the lighting on the clock is white not green. If GE is the only company that does the slate why wouldn’t they all have the same color clock.
