We bought this same microwave 4 1/2 hrs ago. It suddenly stopped wking. Aggravating, needless to say. Did go get the same one again. We had no complaints except it didn’t work long enough. Hope to have better luck this time

Seems to be a quality product, with great features. The only thing I would apply in the future is if it were possible to have a lighted keypad. Its difficult to read with only the over range light illuminated. this would be a fantastic feature!
