Great microwave, love the color!

We purchased this microwave to replace the GE microwave that was installed when the house was built, in 1998. Impressive. The new unit fit perfectly, easy installation with great instructions, and looks great. It includes three different venting options, bright display, and heats with 1000 watts of power. Very happy with our new GE microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Neighbor and I installed it ourselves. A slight snag with this what it appears to be folded instructions clipped to the back on the top of the touch screen panel mind you underneath the plastic vent. After several attempts to remove the folded instruction sheet come to find out from YouTube that a piece of cardboard is placed there to protect the panel?????? Not sure if that's right or not but there hasn't been any fires yet! Its quite noisy the fan is loud and sounds like its coming back into the unit although I made sure to follow the directions to rotate and turn around for my vent panel. This unit replaces a two year Samsung model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Microwave

This is a good microwave. There is one center light under it. Our old microwave had 2 lights, one on each side and it provided more light to the stovetop. We found it making an odd humming noise and it stopped when we flipped the circular wheels below the glass turntable.

The GE microwave was easy to install since I was replacing an older GE model. The support bracket and under cabinet holes all aligned even though the new model was 15 years newer. The microwave performs well and heats much better and it looks great!

Purchased this microwave because it was a duplicate of my prior that died.
I can’t say this is a quiet model, maybe not mounted properly. I told the gentleman that installed that I knew how to use it. Disappointed it doesn’t label settings(bottom of door)for bread, frozen dinners...etc for quick reference like my old one had.
