When they say mute, they mean mute! Older microwave would still beep for the timer…but this model will simply turn off without you knowing.

Good microwave, but......

The microwave has enough power and is fairly quiet, but the time/cook settings aren't flexible enough. Sometimes, 30 seconds isn't enough and a minute is too much and I can't easily add 10 or 20 seconds! The Defrost and other settings are confusing to use... I don't know when or whether to enter additional info, like weight or type of food... very confusing to use - very little info included with the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The microwave works fine, however, I am disappointed with some of the features. such as: unit is loud when operating, display light is way too bright, exhaust fan is not very strong (even on high), door closes hard and loud, and the light underneath (only one, but spec sheet said two) does not broadcast wide enough to completely illuminate the stovetop. There is no way to know these things when purchasing (no matter where you go) as the units on display are not operational.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks and cooks great, but flimsy handle.

Works well and looks nice, but the door handle feels like it might break off anytime. Gives it a cheap feel.

Easy to install

So far the new microwave has been great. It was easy to install. I had to drill new holes. I wish all microwaves would install the same way so you don’t have to drill new holes each time

This replaced my worn out 1.7 GE Microwave which warmed faster and had a more solid door when closing. This one seems cheap.
