It's good but some features can be improved upon. For instance, the control panel should be lit up. It's difficult to see the buttons in a dimly lit room. After you place food in the unit, you shouldn't have to reopen the close door when the display says "place food in microwave". This is very annoying.

Lots of features, best style I saw on display in store. Great looking on outside and inside placement of turntable is level with the bottom of interior. I have owned 2 countertop GE microwaves that I loved but this is not as strong as either one of those which is my only complaint.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The only issue we have is that with the black control panel, it's very difficult to read the function/number display without a bright room. Early A.M. means to put all the lights on yo operate the microwave.

I like the ins9de of this microwave, very easy to clean since the inside of it is like the inside of an oven. Makes wiping it out very easy. Clear button labeling so ez to use.

This is our third GE in many years. They haven't changed in years. I pulled my old one out and sliped the new one in on the same wall bracket. All the screw holes etc. were the same. Cool!
