The control panel is very difficult to read.

The microwave has a nice design & features.
However the control panel is really bad. GE should have a back light on this microwave or change the colors of the numbers etc.
I have to turn my kitchen lights up just to turn off the night light before I go to bed at night !
Bad design & needs to be much improved, not user friendly.
Such a shame.

When remodeling our kitchen recently my wife was insistent that we find a microwave that would fit the space but also come with a good fan, goo lighting AND have a "soften" button (which she uses often!) GE had exactly what we needed!
I would recommend this to a friend!

My microwave broke and I got ths model as a replacement. I was nervous because I didn't know if I could find one to match my stove, but this matched perfectly and goes well with my stove and I'm very pleased.

Had the first G.E. micro-wave above the range installed in the 70's. Really enjoyed the product. Bought another G.E. above the range micro-wave when the original broke down.
Used this micro-wave for 17 years. My recent purchase is a good product so far although it does not have all the bells and whistles my previous units had.
