The microwave works well. There is one thing I wish I could change: the vent fan is extremely loud. There are two levels, but even the low level is very loud.

We have had this microwave for a month and it is working great. I had been looking for one that has the 1-6 minute express feature. You just simply touch the single digit 1 and it starts right up. this also has the "add 30 second" feature. Easy cleanup inside and out !
