The microwave does it’s job however I am unsure if this is the builders fault or the machine. The outer service is very spotty. No matter how many times I wipe it down with a rag. The spots seem to always come back. I would like to know are we supposed to use a certain cleaning product. I have reframe from using any harsh cleaning chemical to clean the surface for fear to t May make the spots worse. This is the only thing I do not like about this product.

Had to replace our JVM1850SM4SS after 10 years of use. This was the replacement but the clock color now doesn’t match the range oven. All in all it’s a nice unit that will serve us well enough. Certainly can’t beat the price. Would recommend this to a friend.

Works great! We love the quick cook for minutes 1-5 and the defrost setting. Thanks to my Epicure steamer, I was able to make ground beef in 5 minutes!
