It is good, however the vent fan a little bit noisy, lights dim not very bright and are pushed back so they do not lighten the range top as would they do if located in the middle

This microwave is very noisy if the turntable is moving. Everything else seems fine in its first month of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy with this new microwave. Like the reheat feature, it really reheats food without overcooking. Defrost feature works well too.

We recently purchased a GE microwave, model JVM6175DK3WW, after our 18-year old one ceased to work. The recent purchase was slightly bigger than the old one but was a perfect fit for the over the range available space. There are several features that we like, among them the Express Cook, Sensor choices and the fact that one does not need to turn the microwave off after every use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
